A CRM built around how you actually sell.

Pipelines, properties and permissions mapped to your real sales process, not the default setup.

Six services. One revenue system.

Who we are

Tenth Wave Inc., a Florida corporation at 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States. We build CRM, automation, and website systems for businesses in the US and the UK. When this page says “we”, that’s us; “you” is you — whether you’re browsing, filling in a form, or working with us.

What we collect

What you give us. Through our forms: your name, email, phone, company name and website, company size, rough budget, and whatever you write in the message box. If you email or WhatsApp us, we keep the conversation.

What the site records about visits. Pages viewed, the site that sent you, device and browser type, and an approximate location worked out from your IP address.

Data inside client systems. When we work in a client’s CRM or tools, we only handle the records in them as that client instructs, under our agreement with them.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to do the work you’ve asked about, to invoice for it, and to understand which pages are useful.

If we’ve emailed you cold, it’s because your business details were publicly listed and we believed our service was relevant to it. Every such email says who we are, gives our postal address, and includes a working way to say “stop” — and we honour it.

If you’re in the UK or EU, our legal bases are: taking steps you’ve asked for before a contract, performing a contract, our legitimate interest in running and promoting the business, and meeting legal obligations such as tax records.

Who else sees it

Only the services that help us run the business:

  • our CRM, where enquiries and client records live;
  • our website host (GoDaddy), which also provides the site’s visitor statistics;
  • our email provider, and WhatsApp (Meta) if you message us there;
  • Google Fonts, which serves the site’s typefaces and so sees your IP address.

We don’t sell your data, rent it, or share it for advertising. We’d only disclose it beyond this if the law requires it, or to a buyer if the business were ever sold — in which case this policy goes with it.

Where it’s stored

We’re a US business, so if you’re in the UK or EU your information is processed in the United States. We rely on our providers’ recognised safeguards for that transfer — such as standard contractual clauses or the UK and EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

As long as we’re talking, working together, or reasonably might again — after which it’s deleted on request or in our periodic cleanups. Invoices and other records we’re legally required to keep are held for as long as the law says.

Keeping it safe

The site runs over HTTPS, access to our systems is limited to the people who need it, and we use the security features of the tools we rely on. No system is perfectly secure, but if something ever goes wrong that affects your information, we’ll tell you as the law requires.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask for a copy, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or tell us to stop contacting you. Email info@tenthwave.io and we’ll act within a month, usually much faster. We may need to confirm it’s really you first.

These requests are open to everyone, wherever you live — and using them never affects how we treat you. If you’re in the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk); in the EU, to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

The site sets a small number of first-party cookies from our host’s visitor statistics: _tccl_visitor and _tccl_visit count visits and tell new visitors from returning ones, and _scc_session groups the pages viewed in one visit.

We don’t use advertising cookies, and we don’t track you across other websites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site still works without them.

Children

This site is for businesses. It isn’t aimed at children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you think we have, tell us and we’ll delete it.

Changes & contact

If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top of the page, and flag anything significant to people we’re actively working with. Questions about any of it: info@tenthwave.io, or write to us at the address above.

The short version: we keep what you send us so we can reply and do the work, we don’t sell it, and you can ask for it back or gone at any time.
