A CRM built around how you actually sell.

Pipelines, properties and permissions mapped to your real sales process, not the default setup.

Six services. One revenue system.

Terms, in plain words.

Terms for using this website and the general shape of how we engage — the agreement we both sign always wins over this page.

What this covers

Your use of tenthwave.io, which is run by Tenth Wave Inc., a Florida corporation at 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States. By using the site you agree to these terms; if you don’t, please don’t use it.

Actual project work is governed by the proposal or agreement we both sign. Where that document says something different, it wins over this page.

The website

The content here is ours; don’t scrape or republish it as yours. Quoting a line with a link back is fine. We keep it accurate, but it isn’t advice — decisions you make from reading it are yours.

Our case studies describe real engagements. Every business is different, so they show what we’ve done, not a promise of the same result. Any prices or timings on the site are a guide; your written proposal sets the real ones.

Using it fairly

Don’t try to break the site, overload it, or get into parts of it you’re not meant to. Don’t use our forms to send spam, or to submit someone else’s details without their permission.

Working with us

Every project starts with a written proposal that sets out the scope, price, timing, and payment terms. Anything outside that scope is quoted and agreed before we do it — no surprise invoices.

Demos

Where we build a demonstration website before engagement, the demo remains ours until it’s paid for; your business details in it remain yours throughout.

Payment & ownership

Once a site is paid for, it’s yours — including the domain, which is registered in your name from the start. The same goes for systems work: the CRM setup, automations, and reports we build in your accounts are yours once paid for, and your data is always yours.

We keep the general know-how, methods, and templates we bring to every project, so we can keep using them for others.

Care plans

Website care plans are billed monthly, with no long-term contract. Cancel at any time and you won’t be billed for the following month. Cancelling doesn’t take your website or your domain away — we’ll help hand everything over.

Other platforms

Much of our work happens inside tools you subscribe to — your CRM, automation, and hosting accounts. Their own terms and pricing apply, and we’re not responsible for their outages or changes. The same goes for any other websites we link to.

Liability

We do careful work, but the website is provided as it is, and our liability is limited to what you’ve paid us for the work in question. We aren’t liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost opportunities.

Nothing here limits what can’t legally be limited — including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. If you’re a consumer living elsewhere, such as the UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws where you live and can bring a claim in your local courts.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when they last changed. Questions: info@tenthwave.io, or write to us at the address above.

The short version: what you pay for is yours — the site, the domain, and the systems we build — and the contract we actually sign is the one that counts.
